    Vincent Santacroce
Vincent Santacroce began his legal career with Grossman & Stanley (now Grossman LLP) in 1986. Over the years, Vincent has assisted many individual and business clients with their commercial, corporate and real estate needs. Vincent has extensive experience working with borrowers and lenders on residential and commercial property purchases, sale and lease transactions. He has acted for clients that range in size from one-person business to multi-million dollar corporations.
Like his colleagues, Vincent brings a problem-solving approach to every file. Before initiating any matter, he works to understand what his clients want to achieve – and how they want to achieve it. This enables him to develop highly personalized, cost-efficient solutions, which may be legal, corporate or practical in nature.
Outside the practice, Vincent enjoys family life with his wife and three children. Vincent has served on a number of non-profit and community based boards both as a director and chair. On the recreational side, Vincent founded a ball hockey group that has been playing together for over 30 years. He has recently become fond of touch tennis (not pickleball) which he plays regularly.
Vincent is an insufferable Montreal Canadiens fan whose greatest fan moment was having his childhood hero Ken Dryden recount to him the famous late game save off of a Jim Pappin one timer in the 7th game of the 1971 Stanley Cup finals.
